These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and TambakBet ("TambakBet", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the TambakBet website located at https://tambakbet.cam and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered therein.

To register and maintain an account on TambakBet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. TambakBet strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21 and employs age verification measures to enforce this requirement.
2. You are registering and playing in your own name and on your own behalf. Account sharing, registration on behalf of third parties, and the use of nominee identities are all prohibited.

To register an account with TambakBet, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, country of residence, and valid contact details. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must notify TambakBet promptly of any changes.

4.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

TambakBet is required to conduct identity verification before processing any withdrawal request. KYC documentation typically includes, but is not limited to: a government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent), proof of address dated within three months (utility bill, bank statement), and in certain circumstances, proof of payment method ownership.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. TambakBet strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account. You must notify TambakBet immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. TambakBet accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security.

4.3 Account Information Accuracy

TambakBet reserves the right to void any transactions, bonuses, or winnings associated with an account found to contain false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information. In cases of deliberate misrepresentation, the account will be permanently closed and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

TambakBet accepts deposits via the following methods available to Malaysian players: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), and supported cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB). The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.

5.1 Deposit Processing

Deposits via DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay are typically credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider. FPX and online banking transfers may take between 5 and 15 minutes to reflect depending on the originating bank. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon the required number of blockchain confirmations.

5.2 Deposit Ownership

All deposits must originate from payment accounts or wallets that belong to and are registered in your name. Third-party deposits — whether from family members, friends, or any other source — are strictly prohibited. TambakBet reserves the right to return funds to the originating payment method and close the associated account if a third-party deposit is detected.

5.3 Currency

The primary account currency on TambakBet is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation, subject to any applicable conversion spread. TambakBet does not guarantee a specific conversion rate and players bear any currency exchange risk.

6.1 Withdrawal Methods

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals of Real Money Funds are not subject to any additional wagering conditions beyond initial KYC completion. However, winnings derived from Bonus Funds that have not completed their applicable Wagering Requirement cannot be withdrawn and will be forfeited if a withdrawal is attempted prior to completion of the requirement.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• All Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements that must be completed before associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• During active bonus play, a maximum single bet limit applies — typically between MYR 5 and MYR 250 per spin or hand unless otherwise specified. Bets exceeding this limit during bonus play may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Slot games typically contribute 100% toward completing Wagering Requirements. Table games, live casino, and sportsbook wagers contribute at reduced rates as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• Bonuses expire within the timeframe specified per promotion (typically 7, 14, or 30 days). Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• TambakBet reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Players may only claim each bonus offer once unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts or payment methods constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.

7.2 Cryptocurrency Deposit Bonus

A 2% bonus on cryptocurrency deposits, up to a maximum of MYR 688 per transaction, is automatically credited to qualifying accounts. This bonus is subject to a standard wagering requirement as published on the promotions page. The bonus applies to BTC, ETH, USDT, and BNB deposits meeting the minimum equivalent of MYR 30.

7.3 Referral Programme

Players who successfully refer new registrants to TambakBet earn MYR 38 per qualifying referral. A qualifying referral requires the referred player to register a new account and complete a first qualifying deposit. Self-referral, referral of existing account holders, and referral through duplicate accounts are all prohibited and will result in forfeiture of referral rewards and potential account closure.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Collusion with other players, dealers, or any third party to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploitation of software errors, bugs, or glitches to generate winnings. Any winnings generated through exploitation of known or suspected errors must be reported immediately and are void.

• Providing false identity information or impersonating any other person or entity during registration, KYC verification, or customer support interactions.
• Any action that places an unreasonable or disproportionate burden on TambakBet's technical infrastructure or support systems.
• Attempting to access, interfere with, or circumvent any security feature of the TambakBet platform.

TambakBet is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices among all players. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and should never be engaged in as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses.

TambakBet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may close your TambakBet account at any time by submitting a written request through the customer support live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in your balance will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

TambakBet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where there is reasonable cause to believe that the account has been used in breach of these Terms, applicable law, or where the continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.
